Prohibited Content

The following content types are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods
• Adult content (pornography, escort services)
• Gambling (unless licensed in target jurisdiction)
• Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content
• Misleading claims or fake news
• Copyright infringement or pirated content

Traffic Quality Standards

All traffic must be from real human users. We prohibit:

• Bot traffic or automated scripts
• Incentivized clicks (pay-to-click schemes)
• Click farms or fraudulent traffic sources
• Pop-under or forced redirects

GDPR & CCPA Compliance

If you serve users in the EU or California, you must:

• Obtain user consent before placing cookies
• Provide a clear privacy policy
• Honor opt-out requests within 30 days
• Implement TCF v2.0 consent strings (for EU traffic)

Invalid Traffic (IVT) Deductions

We use third-party fraud detection tools (Pixalate, Forensiq) to filter invalid traffic. If IVT is detected, affected impressions will be deducted from your earnings or refunded to advertisers.
