How do I create an account?
Simply click on "Get Started" or "Advertisers/Publishers" in the menu. Fill out the registration form, and one of our dedicated account managers will review your application within 24 hours.
Where are your offices located?
Our headquarters are in Chai Wan, Hong Kong. We also have support teams distributed globally to ensure 24/7 coverage for our partners.
Can I manage multiple accounts?
Yes, agencies can manage multiple advertiser accounts under a master login. Please contact your account manager to set up an Agency structure.

For Advertisers

What pricing models do you support?
We primarily support CPM (Cost Per Mille), CPC (Cost Per Click), and CPA (Cost Per Action) models. CPI (Cost Per Install) is available for select app promotion campaigns.
What is the minimum deposit amount?
The minimum initial deposit is $100 USD via PayPal or Credit Card. For Wire Transfers, the minimum is $500 USD.
How granular is your targeting?
Our targeting capabilities are extensive. You can target by Country, Region/City, OS Version, Device Model, Connection Type (WiFi/3G/4G/5G), Mobile Carrier/ISP, and specific IP ranges. We also offer allowlisting/blocklisting of specific Sub-Publisher IDs.
Do you offer API access for reporting?
Yes, our Reporting API allows you to pull campaign statistics programmatically. Visits our API Documentation page for integration details.
What creative formats are accepted?
We accept standard IAB banner sizes (e.g., 300x250, 320x50, 728x90), Native Ad assets (Image + Title + Description), VAST Video tags, and Interstitial HTML5 creatives.

For Publishers

What are the payment terms?
We offer Net-30 payment terms as standard. Premium publishers with high traffic quality and volume can negotiate Net-15 or Bi-weekly payments.
What is the minimum payout threshold?
The minimum payout is $50 USD. Payments can be made via PayPal, Wire Transfer, Payoneer, or Crypto (USDT/BTC).
How do I integrate your ads?
We provide multiple integration methods: Async JavaScript Tags (easiest), XML/JSON Feeds (for search/arbitrage), OpenRTB endpoints (for DSPs), and VAST/VPAID tags for video players.
Do you accept all types of traffic?
We accept Mainstream and non-Mainstream traffic. However, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud, bot traffic, and copyright-infringing content. All sites are manually reviewed.
