Everything you need to know about funding your account, payment thresholds, and invoices.

Adding Funds

Augemobi operates on a prepaid basis for most advertisers. To add funds:

1. Go to the Billing tab in your dashboard.
2. Click Add Funds.
3. Select your preferred payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Crypto).
4. Enter the amount (Min $100) and complete the transaction.

Supported Payment Methods

• PayPal: Instant processing (3.5% fee).
• Credit Card: Visa/Mastercard processed via Stripe.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC20/ERC20) and BTC. Zero fees for amounts over $1000.
• Wire Transfer: Required for amounts over $5000. Takes 2-3 business days.

Invoices

Invoices are automatically generated on the 1st of every month for the previous month's spend. You can download PDF invoices from the "Invoices" section.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund of your unspent balance at any time. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bonuses and credits are non-refundable.
